About the Artist

Hello! My name is Cameron Semple and I have been designing and creating jewelry for around 4 years now. I studied fine metals at the Evergreen State college for 3 years.

I am highly inspired by patterns found in nature and like to base many of my necklaces off of my own photography.

I love focusing in on the little things. Lichen cups and sprawling mosses, textures in shells and rocks, the delicate symmetry of insects, the veins in petals and leaves. I am a collector at heart and find comfort in slowing down and zeroing in on the tiny details that make up the world around us.

I prioritize using second hand materials in my work, sourcing some from thrift stores, antique shops, and from a number of very generous donations of old bead collections.
